Times Square Hot Cafe

It's September! Just three more weeks until it's officially fall. I was going through my stash looking for all the colors that remind me of fall when I came across this one:

Times Square Hot Cafe. Doesn't this look like autumn? It does to me. It's a very reddish brown base, maybe more of a burnt orange or burnt sienna, and it has gold and pink shimmer. So warm and cozy looking, like pumpkin pie.

The Times Square brand is not made anymore, but all the Times Square colors are available as Amour brand now. I still see Hot Cafe listed in the Amour line, though the bottle picture doesn't look like the same color as the one I have.

Love this color.

  4. Beautiful color, but the name throws me off! I was expecting some kind of coffee or caramel color instead of a bright red.

  6. It's definitely more brown than red, but the pink shimmer makes it seem more red than it is.

  7. This such a pretty red color! It definitely reminds me of fall and all the leaves dropping off the trees, I can't wait to wear hoddies and jeans again!

  8. I love reds - and this is one that I can wear really well. Also, it's a shade that goes with just about any color you are wearing also, expect maybe not hot pink - I would do it as I am not that worried about coordinating unless it's a big affair - my lifestyle has few of those anymore. Feels like VT to me looking at this shade when we were all hoping it would be a fall with lots of red in the leaves and not just a gold and brown fall.
