Amour Central Park Autumn

Now that it's officially fall and the leaves are starting to change colors, I find myself wanting to wear all sorts of autumn earth tones... I almost forgot I had this little beauty in my collection!

Amour Central Park Autumn. A warm brown creme base with heavy gold microglitter. The particles are more like foil pieces than regular glitter, so the finish is smoother than it seems like it would be otherwise. I've never been to Central Park... Though I have been to upstate New York in autumn and it was one of the most beautiful displays of fall scenery I've ever seen.

Just for fun, here's a shot of the label:

I love it when my polish bottles have typos. I'm especially bummed that Nubar finally changed their bottles, they're so much less funny now!

  1. Bwahahaha you know, Helen was the one who first alerted me to that little typo on the Nubar bottles and every time I type result I have a little giggle about it.
This color is sooo cool. I will have to nab it!

  2. OMG! That is gorgeous! I have been wanting their Rain Glitter but I hate just having one polish from a brand. Now I know which other one to get =)

  3. I don't know why, but I always bust out my blue laquers during September. But this color might make me change that. Sooooo pretty ::drools::

  4. I hear you! All I want to do is wear a big brown sweater and boots, kick around some fall leaves and drink warm apple cider and admire my Revlon Autumn Berry nails.
Of course I don't have several of those things but it's a nice thing to think about when stuck in the office!

  6. Yeah, it is funny how they put "Autum". Makes me think they ate something bad...like "Aww...tum hurts".
