Update on eBay Scumbag! I need your help!

EDIT: As of right now, my images have been removed! Thanks guys!! I'm still keeping my eye on this seller, though... I have a feeling our images will be stolen by them again :( Again, I apologize for being such a spaz about this! It just really, really upsets me to have my property stolen like that :(

Okay guys, I really hate to do this, but I need your help.

They have not only NOT removed the images that they stole from me, but have listed MORE items using my images!

So, if you read my blog and enjoy my pictures, please help me out by taking a few moments to report this filthy thief and their auctions to eBay.

The auctions are here.

You can use your regular eBay account to report the items. Select either "copied listing" or "stolen property", either one will do I think.

Please, don't just do it for me, but for the other lovely bloggers they have stolen images from as well.

I have done pretty much everything I can do to get them to remove my images, but obviously nothing has been done.

Thank you all so much for your love and support, you guys are the greatest!

  1. On my way to reporting Scrangie! But could you tell me what blog or site these pictures are from

  2. They are jealous of your pretty nails and how beautifully you apply polish! Ugh I hate those ebay scumbags and I don't mind helping you out!

  3. NailJuice, I could be wrong but I think those are OPI stock images? I know I have seen those in multiple places, but I'm not completely sure of the origin. I could be wrong!

Thank you *so* much for your help!

Abbs5522, awwwe thank you :D They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but this is just plain old theft :D Thanks again!

  4. Scrangie - I am a new reader to your site (about two weeks now!), and I LOVE your swatches. Bloggers like you and Alllacqueredup have totally inspired me to be bold with my nails, and I'm so thankful you're around. I sent that eBay seller an email letting them know exactly how I feel, and I hope you don't quit doing the work you do just because of some nasty cyber-thieves. Keep up the great work!

  5. was just about to go complain for you-- glad to see they've taken them down. Let us know if it happens again, so we can help you quickly, if we need to!

  6. I hope this is all sorted now. Can't believe that. What a**h***s for lack of better word >:(

  7. Great that they've been removed! Finally!

  8. Are the pics of the hand holding the np bottle yours also? I wasn't sure, so please let me know and then I will join the posse. That seller is scum for doing that.

  9. I scoured that site, and aside from OPI stock photos, i see one of Oui Bit of Red that doesn't seem to belong in there, but the nails are badly painted (touching the cuticles) and that... i think this person has temporary pulled off your pics, until things cooled down. so far only 1 negative complaint to that e-bay seller.

  10. Oh honey, HAPPY to help...

  11. Unfortunatly I can't see the auctions because of some countries restrictions. I guess in Canada you can't see auctions from Singapore, even if I log in :(

I'd love to help you but I can't, this way tho.

  12. I have filed my complaint, Scrangie! And I have also been praying to the irony know why :)!

    (hee, lots of love)

  13. I have been reporting away. I'm glad they took down your images, and hope that they will do so for the others too! Also, did anyone else notice that some of the images don't even match the titles? Parlez-Vous OPI? in particular was the one I noticed.

  14. If I were reading this in 2008 and if I had an eBay account, I would help you!
