Quick and Dirty Preview of OPI Holiday 2009

I *think* this collection is called Holiday Wishes?

DISCLAIMER: These swatches are NOT COLOR ACCURATE. Some are close to how they look in real life while a couple of them are very 'off'. I took these pictures under artificial light at midnight. I just wanted to give you an idea of what to expect.

And don't worry, I will have 'real' pictures of these as soon as I get a chance. I'm just too excited about this collection not to show you!

As you can see, this collection is heavy on the glitter and it totally rocks.

  1. loooove shim-merry chic and merry midnight! my bf is a huge red fan so i'll probably end up getting a bunch of them from him... stocking stuffers maybe?glove you so much and holiday glow look pretty. these swatches totally changed my list i had based on descriptions! : ) soooo pretty! thanks!

  13. I am really meh about the last few OPI collections. A blue, lots of reds, a charcoal-ish grey and some glitter. Yawn... sounds like last winter. OPI needs to get with the program!

    As an aside-I love how the trans design page for the Misa only human collection has the image sideways so it looks like the lady aggressively attacking the fruit, and opposed to her previous more, um, passive?, posture

  40. Lovely winter collection, but I'm wondering if these are the kind of glitters that are hard to remove and leave my brittle nails all scratched. I looove Merry Midnight but I'm afraid of how hard it will come off?

  60. hey i know its off topic but i have noticed that you did your nails wonderfully and made every single nail polish look smooth and non-streaky SO I was wondering if you could do perhaps something like a tutorial or whatever because I would love to know how to apply nail polish so smoothly as you do
