Two glitters from the new Wet n Wild Spoiled Nail Polish Collection

I was in CVS over the weekend and noticed this new display of Spoiled polishes on one of the endcaps, so I grabbed the two glitters that appealed most to me, Shuffle the Deck and Trust Fund Baby. It wasn't until yesterday that I saw this post from Nouveau Cheap saying that the Spoiled line is actually by Wet n Wild. I had no idea! I don't think it says anywhere on the bottle or display, so I was surprised. That's pretty cool, though, as I like Wet n Wild's polishes a lot.

Spoiled Shuffle The Deck. This is medium sized silver hexagon glitter, slightly smaller red hexagon glitter and small black hexagon glitter in a clear base. As soon as I saw black glitter, I knew I had to have this. I love black glitter polishes but they're really rare, so every time I see one, I have to get it. This one is really awesome, I love the black/red/silver combination.

Spoiled Trust Fund Baby. This one is even better. It has medium sized blue, black and gold hex plus smaller SQUARE glitter in a pink color. Square glitter and black glitter in one bottle. Woohoo! I bet this would look amazing layered over neon yellow or pink. It's so dark out, I think I need a little neon right now. Wish I would have gotten a better picture of this one because it looks so bright and pretty in real life.

The formula on these was okay, nothing amazing. They were thick and a little clumpy but I didn't have much of a problem with them. The only problem I had with them is that they have a huge, fluffy, rounded-bottom brush that's sort of angled... I think it's just cut wrong, but regardless it was odd to use.

I love these two glitters, but none of the other polishes on the display really grabbed my eye. I mean, there were some nice looking greens, purples, glitters, things I usually like, but they all looked very familiar, like I probably have dupes of them already. I'll have to take a closer look at the display next time I'm in CVS.

  2. I love Shuffle The Deck from your swatch of it. The name is perfect for the combination of colors. It reminded me of cards before I even saw the name. Trust Fund Baby is great too. I might have to pick up both.

  8. I really like Shuffle the Deck. WnW must have gotten a ton of black glitter to keep putting it in their new lines! ...Or maybe they just realize that it's AWESOME and sells! ;P

  14. I have the all black glitter polish. It's weird because it's not sparkly. The black is just...black. But I love it, and little random black dots looks pretty cool over pretty much anything.

  15. The second one looks like Correction Tape from the Halloween collection. And I think I can make out the words "Wet N Wild" right under "Spoiled."
