Black Radiance Eye Appeal Eyeshadow Palette in Urban Jungle Swatches and Review

My opinion?  Amazing quality drugstore eyeshadow, good price, pretty colors.  On par with sister brand Wet n Wild's Color Icon palettes.  Would definitely recommend.

  1. Hi! Who carries this brand? I don't think I've ever seen it before!

  2. Black radiance isn't sold at all in my area (central florida) as far as I know, which is a real bummer. Is there anywhere online I could buy this palette perhaps?

The only place I've been able to find it so far is ebay :(

  3. The pigments are strong. Nice colors. Where did you get it?

  4. I was wondering the same! Where can I find this? I adore the cooler combo--they'd look good on my vampiric flesh ;)

  5. Excuse me if I'm not being PC, but nice Scrangie :-)...I give you kudos since this brand is targeted towards women of color. (I'm black btw)

  7. This was nowhere to be found at the CVS drugstores in my home area. It's so sad, the colors are beautiful and are made for hazel eyes :(

    1. I found the same thing for my area, I checked the store product locator and there are none at all within driving distance. No luck at Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens or Kmart either. From one hazel eyed girl to another, I feel your pain.

  8. That palette is very similar to the wet n wild comfort zone pallette. markwins owns wet n wild so that's probably why. There's only one or 2 Shade differences it seems. So to you ladies who ant find it, give that pallette a go if you can find it :)

  9. That's really pretty! I already have the Wet n Wild one that's almost identical so I probably won't try to hunt this one down :) Happy Holidays!

  10. If you don't have a large black population where you live, it's going to be hard to find Black Radiance products. If you have a small black population, try haircare/beauty supply stores that cater to black women.

  11. I hope this isn't a repost: If you don't have a large black population in your city, it will be hard to find these products. Look for stores that seem most likely to carry beauty products aimed at black women.

I'm black and it is interesting to see the shoe on the other foot. I routinely find that stores won't carry not just black-targeted brands, but the darker foundation tones offered by the major big brands. I have a Sally's around the corner, but they don't carry some of the products I need - I have to drive to the Sally's across town. Same thing with Ulta...

Thanks for the review! I'm going to see if I can score one of these palettes, myself!
